- Cancellation Before Renewal: Customers can cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription once a billing cycle has started.
- Technical Issues: If the software does not function as promised due to technical issues on our end and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
2. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases of software licenses or custom solutions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- A refund will only be issued if the product fails to function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- No refunds will be provided for change-of-mind purchases or failure to meet system requirements.
3. Custom Development Services
- Due to the nature of custom software development, payments for custom development projects are non-refundable after work has commenced.
- If a project is canceled before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation fees.
